Confirmation

All goods are subject to availability on
confirmation.

You order will only be confirmed once we have
receive a signed copy of the order from you.
Prices

All prices quoted on are excluding vat.

Additional charges will apply for delivery,
collection and set up.
Payment

50% deposit is required on confirmation of your
order and the balance 3 days before collection/delivery.
Shortages
-
Any breakages or loss of goods for the term of
the contract will be for your account. The invoice will be drawn up at the
replacement value of the goods.
Late returns
-
Any goods returned after the contract date will
be charged for at a rate of 1 hire per day.
Holding cheque
-
A holding cheque for the full value of the goods
or copy of your identification document may be requested.
Cancellation Fee
If a
cancellation is received
-
More than 14 calendar days prior to the event a
10% cancellation fee will be charged.

Between 3 and 14 calendar days of the event a
50% cancellation fee will be charged.

2 or less calendar days prior to the event 100%
cancellation fee will be charged
